Accelerit ISP

I have never experienced such bad service. I signed up for Internet connection and they have made me pay for it and taken money from my bank account without my consent. Now i am receiving emails telling me there is no fibre in my area, although everyone in the street has fibre? Trying to phone them is ridiculous, if you get through the person on the other end is rude and drops your call. All I want is my money back, I dont want to sign up with them if this is the tratment i get and Im not even connected yet
