Accelerit is the worse of the worse, nothing works there!!!

STAY AWAY FROM ACCELERIT they are cheaper than the other but that's there only advantage.be prepared of sending endless ticket for **** service, slow slow internet, continuously interrupting service, "investigations" into the "problem" and never get the answer.cheeky staff, especially the technical guy called "Carson Kanji" (has been mentioned a view time already on hellopeter)you tickets will be ignored or not answered for the question or problem you will have the moment you sign up with them.you will be charged for a service you will not get!you will fight for weeks to get someone reliable on the phone to explain to you why they have charged you for the service you not getting.they will dodge the refund and ask for the cancellation ticket number even you have provided it 20 times. they will merge your tickets and each and any time you start from the scratch.in the end a very costy exercise and they hold your ransom with your subscription so you cannot move on to another ISP until the mess has been cleared. YOU ARE DOOMED with ACCELERIT DONT SIGN UP!!!
