ACCELERIT IS THE WORSE COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH... STAY AWAY

Worse service provider ever. Irresponsible management and careless customer service. The whole team is just **** from finance to technical and management. No one hold anyone accountable. The moment you become their client, they feel like they have you for life, they do not respond to emails, when you call upset to complain about their carelessness, the do not apologize they argue that they did see your emails, when you go through the email they tell you yes It was under another ticket as if you are the one who built their system. I requested a voip service to be added to my internet line in January 2021, I paid them as requested, no one contacted me after, 6 months later I contact them after several emails for them to tell me someone will call me. Next I get a request to make another payment ... I lost it after a year now I never got the service I paid for. I got another voip provider, now they started trying to debit my card for a service they never connected.

When I called the technician was trying to explain me the impossible while I paid SINCE OVER A YEAR FOR A PRODUCT I NEVER GOT...

THIS IS THE MOST CARRLESS COMPANY I NEVER MET... I EMAILED THEIR MANAGEMENT SEVERAL TIME NO ANSWER!

NOW THEY BUNDLED UP MY INTERNET FEES WITH THE VOIP THEY NEVER PROVIDED ME WITH... I WILL NOT PAY MH INTERNET SERVICE 100MBPS THIS MONTH IF THEY DO NOT REMOVE THE VOIP FEE AND REFUND MY MONEY

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY , I AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER ISP PROVIDER TO REPLACE THEM
