Accelerit is the last ISP you want to get FIBRE with

I tried to register with this ISP. They made me pay the initiation fee of 499

Apparently my line had been leased before and accelerit could not get it released by the other ISP.

What suscks is they never informed me through out. I had to always follow up with them to an extent where I took the issue up with Vumatel Myself. I found out who the ISP was that was holding the line (Something that Accelerit claimed was impossible).

Given all this nonsensical treatment, I asked to get my application cancelled seeing that it went on for almost a month. The icing on this cake was being told I cannot get my money back cause those are the terms and conditions
