If I could give this company a zero, I definitely would! Worst WiFi service provider there is because the connectivity is always poor and their systems are most certainly guaranteed to be down during peak hours. They also withdraw money from their customers' accounts without any authorization if they don't alert them that they're suspending their accounts. That would be okay if this was authorized and properly communicated. In my case when attempting to reverse the payment, the bank let me know that they made it seem like a card payment on their side so there was no way I could reverse that transaction. Please, if you can help it, avoid signing up with this ***** company.
