Accelerit is ***********

This company is too *********** to contact Vox that still has the line open at my unit. I already had to buy R1000 worth of data from vodacom because I do not have WiFi at the unit I moved into 1 June 2023. And now I get an invoice from accelerit. For what???? I do not even had any service from them they only uhm and aah on the phone that is if they ever pick up. They are too *********** to be called technicians because I had to find out by myself what the problem is yet they can not or will not do anything to help just send me another bill.
