Accelerit is absolutely pathetic.

Absolutely shocking service. My line supposed to have been activated on Tuesday 30/08. Today is Sunday 5/09 and it is still not active as yet. Accelerit Manager Mncedisi tells me that he did all he can and we have to wait for Vumatel. So I called Vumatel myself only to find out that Accelerit never even created a work order for my activation to take place. Mncedisi promises to call back but never does so. If Management is this hopeless I don't even want to imagine how useless the rest of the support teams are. 5 days into the new month and I am forced to used mobile data because of gross incompetence 😡. Now I know how it feels to be forced to go al weekend without an active connection or at least some form of follow up to update me on progress. UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC!
