Accelerit is a fly by night company. Don't use them

These guys are a jok. I'm sure this business is ran by one person and in a backroom. This is not a formal business. I subscribed to these guys because they were recommended in the estate. They are very pathetic when it comes to communication. Even their on boarding is totally nonsense. They activated my internet for a week and now user name and password they gave me has changed without me changing it. I can get hold of these guys, their phone does not even ring. They don't respond tk email and their ticket logging system. This company is a fly by night.
