Accelerit is a Bad Fibre provider and lacks customer support and service.

I have had this connection for the past 6 months and have had endless issues with No connection and intermittent loss to internet all the time. Every single day the internet goes off for about 3- 5 minutes and this happends 3-10 times a day sometimes . Every time I have to call their landline number it costs me money. it rings for ever on weekends for you to get some assistance . I wish this would get better . I think its pathetic that I pay soo much for Fibre and it works when they want it to work.
