Accelerit is a ****
The worst service providers i have ever dealt with. Have not had internet for 5 days and they just send me from pillar to post. They blame linteg and linteg blames accelerit. I was told a technician would contact me to come to my place and assist. There has been no follow up. Spoke to a supervisor who **** and said he'd contact me later today to follow up. Also did not respond and now when i call to follow up my calls are being dropped. I have also reported this company to Icasa who currently have a pending case with them.

13 Jan 2024, 10:45The supervisors name is Bakkies, he just keeps making empty promises and does not followup. I also spoke to am Agent by the name of Silas who also now is not following up or updating anymore. Last night the call was dropped on my ear at the supervisors request and now i cannot even escalate to a manager because apparently i have to go through the same supervisor.
