Accelerit Internet - Very Poor
Paid upfront on the 3rd October 2018 for fibre installation (10/10 Mbps) Over three months later still do do have any internet. Feedback from Accelerit is shocking. If you do not make contact they do not make contact. Poor, poor service

As communicated in our welcome email - we endevour to follow-up with the Fibre Network Operator on your behalf however we cannot guarantee installation timeliness as the FNO is responsible for the installation. We simply provide ISP services once the fibre has been installed. This is the reason we ask that you, the subscriber, and ourselves make the effort to follow up with the FNO in the event the installation is taking a long time to commence so we can both get an update directly from the FNO. I will ask the team to give you the latest update we have recieved from the FNO in the event you are still not installed.
