Accelerit Fibre will take your money for no service

If I could give a negative rating of this company I would.

I signed up with them in 2021, signing up was the first red flag as this was a headache, they do not send technicians to help set up.

They spend more time down than actually up, as I was down for 2 weeks in March I cancelled my account on the 27 March 2023, they took funds from my account on the 19 April 2023, my account is now suspended as they have not acknowledged my cancellation notification and will not cancel my service for an unpaid invoice. I have not had service since the beginning of March and they are just beyond customer care in trying to settle this.

UNDER no circumstance think that they are a good service provider.
