ACCELERIT Fibre - VERY BAD experience

Hi All,

Our Fibre has been down for the past 3 weeks. I have logged multiple tickets with the support team. The response that I got from the team was, they are aware of the issue and an ETA cannot be provided.

The support team is not concerned on fixing my issue nor provide me with an ETA, after being without internet for almost a month. Very unprofessional. I will NEVER recommend Accelerit!!!
