Accelerit Fibre to the rescue after weeks of downtime!

Geez - Accelerit to the rescue finally - Thank youuuu! Share this with your team! So this all started when with my previous ISP I didn't have internet for over a week. Stressing I decided to shop around for alternatives and was definitely looking for something flexible this time around. Shopping around I came across Accelerit's prepaid offering which was ideal for me meaning I could switch whenever. Understand I run my webstore business from home and it is my sole source of income - uptime and flexibility is key for me. I sent an email to ********** and they called me to find out the name of the FNO in my area.. Long story short I got my router delivered within 3 days!! this was before the FNO could even install my new fibre line as I was previously on ADSL.... Line got installed and I plugged in the Accelerit router and it just worked!! Look I had researched these chaps and I must say with my personal experience I was blown away! Obviously with fibre my speeds were much better than ADSL (I'd imagine this should be the case with any other ISP).. I also specifically chose a 50/50mbps line to ensure I could load my webstore products with minimal lag and boy does this line cruise! I can stream and upload at the same time so which ever ISP you are with I strongly suggest getting no less than 20mbps for a true fibre experience.. Decided to just come here on HelloPeter and share as mostly all we tend to share are negative comments.. I hope this inspires the team over there to keep on delivering proper service - I definitely really appreciate it and if all goes well I'll soon be migrating my domain and webstore to you guys! just taking it one step at a time :) My online uptime has definitely improved on your fibre line.
