Accelerit fibre slow response to connection issues

I logged a call with Accelerit fibre on Sunday evening that it takes over 6 hours for connection to come back after loadshedding. The ticket has not been actioned and worst of all, they haven't even bothered to communicate with @ZoomFibre their infrastructure provider to help fix this problem for me. Worst of all, their call Centre number doesn't work. It doesn't even ring. I have send inbox and tickets on their systems but still haven't been assisted.

As things stand I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving with no way of receiving help seeing as the contact centre number doesn't work nor do they even bother with their portal.
