Accelerit Fibre Slow disappointing internet speeds.

Good day

Can someone please assist with this internet service provider.Im currently on a 50/50mb per second unlimited per month.The problem is the speeds I’m getting and what I’m paying for is absolutely different.I get speeds of less than 10mb per second and sometimes 2-4mb per second whilst I’m paying for 50/50.I have logged several tickets with their technical support but nothing has been done and no feedback whatsoever to help me.I can’t even stream a live video online it’s forever buffering and I had to get a data contract with Vodacom hence I use that one because I can’t stream anything with accelerit fibre internet.This type of service is so disappointing and they don’t offer what they promise to clients.
