Accelerit Fibre Poor Service

Accelerit Fibre has no sense of customer service. I recently experienced a problem with my home WiFi followed all the required steps to rectify the problem and still more than a week later a technician has not been sent out yo my home as promised. Countless phone calls, messages and emails sent to no avail. There is clearly no respect for the customer who is expected to pay timeously every month for the service( which I happy to do) and then expected to be okay with no updates no follow up calls, no communication to let me know when they will be able to assist with my problem. The problem here is simple the management of this company don't pay enough attention to the small details, ie: how long to customers wait over the phone to receive assistance? Do consultants follow up on client issues and formal complaints? Short sighted business vision try and get as much revenue overpromise and under deliver. Unfortunately what is not recognized is that every customer is important. After a week of running around and nobody responding to my request for assistance it's clear that you don't need my business.Clearly in these economic times you have the luxury of losing clients.
