Accelerit Fibre only provides you headaches and frustration - no fibre though

Unfortunately I could not give a negative score. Looking for an ISP - DO NOT USE ACCELERIT. Constant downtime. Their portal banner generically states "We are aware of a potentially service impacting issue that may be affecting your service" - they never take it down because there are constant problems. That is the sum total of "feedback" you will get from this company

Log a ticket - you will get no response. Call in - their "call center" has no staff as the calls are never answered. NEVER.

I am currently without service for the last 4 days and even escalated to their "technical services" manager but that is yet another unmanaged no reply mailbox.
