Accelerit fibre is NOT a reputable company

When fibre was installed in my area many years ago, there were people walking around knocking on our gates offering different fibre services. I went with accelerit fibre cause he said its a month to month and if I'm not happy I can cancel at anytime. I was on their 50/25 package for the first two years at R599 p/m then was told that 50/25 package has been discontinued and must move to 100/50 package R986. For the passed year I've been having lots of problems with speed issues with them. When I test my speed it would been down to below 50mps and when called to complain about the speed the agent does something on his side and my speed is up again. This happen a number of time until I had NO internet after 8pm at night on different days. When I called the call center to cancel and my reasons the lady was so rude and dishonest and her manager was also in on the lies and I decided not to be involved with a company with people like that working there. They were not understanding on all the problems and tickets that where loaded on their portal and that I was a client for so many years. I since move to telkom on a 50/25 package for half the price and they put the first month for FREE to try and see if I'm happy with the speed and the service. I was disconnected from accelerit for also 2 months and I so disappointed the today I see they when into my account a took R986 with NO services been used. I wonder who protects us for these BIG companies that fill their pockets and throw us away like nothing.
