Accelerit Fibre is a horrible service provider

Accelerit Technologies is a very bad service provider ,I have been subscribing to their services for more than a year now but cancelled my subscription due to bad service,their WIFI in my building is always dropping basically on an off ,connected and unable to access the internet like it can just cut while you are busy working and go on for hours until it pops back on again on it's on , I was paying for 1 gig a day service but spent most days without internet access especially from Thursday to Monday, reporting same problems over and over for a period of months nothing much is done apart from the usual automatic email responses and the occasional "we have sent a technician to your building to look into the matter" who never comes to check on the person who reported the problem, basically if you need good quality internet service look elsewhere for a provider. I only gave one star because I couldn't post review without doing so,i take it most positive comments are from new clients - please post follow up reviews in a couple of months. Counting days I had internet connection compared to days I didn't have I can say I got the service I paid for,for 15 days out of a month instead of 30 as the internet disconnects mostly from Thursday to Monday and occasionally hours during the rest of the days.
