Accelerit Fibre - absolute waste of money and time... they don't care about anyone but their own pocket

I would give them zero stars. Since day one, this company has no intent to service household, I don't even know why they do business with households. Never in my life did I receive a call from them if we have a problem, whether urgent or not. They will not phone you, only way you talk to them is by phoning them. They don't respond to their online service, they don't respond to emails. The 40mbps line we are paying for maybe reach 20 on a good day. Pathetic in every way. I send them screenshots, I have children that does online schooling, none of this is a priority to them. They could not care less. So sad to know that parents has to depend on people like this to get their children through school. Not to even mention the missed deadlines on assignments for poor connectivity. They have 24/7 excuses popping up of some sort alert that might affect you area.
