Accelerit fiber provider

Accelerit firber has the worst internet in South Africa. I have been with them for 6 months and have not had a single day without network connection to my home. I pay R675. Every month and dont get the service I pay for. They have not once fixed my issue and I have never been cont rated by a manager or anything regarding my service. They dont care and I have escalated this issue to the Technical manager and he has also not cared to help or respond to his direct email and has not even bothered to try and get the issue sorted out. Literally the worst internet provider is S.A and no one should sign up with this company for internet
