Accelerit fiber- an utterly useless ISP

I have been a client of Accelerit for a 3rd year now and until recently, I received excellent service through sales and support and seldomly had any issues and my account is always up to date. BUT, over the past few weeks they have shown their true colours and that is - ZERO interest in keeping a client connected despite being double billed and having their hardware being faulty. Multiple phone calls with false promises of returning the calls. Long email trails where I have been assured by management that my issue is getting due attention, double billed in April and again charged for a May invoice but I have been without any connection for well over a week now. Their only solution thus far is for me to drive to their offices to collect a new router ( again all at my expense). I urge anyone looking for an ISP NOT to use accelerit fiber as they are useless in communicating and are only interested in taking your money every month.
