I wish I could give - stars on this on 5 days my works business line has been down I call they ***** me around I have asked for them to send someone to fix it but they try over the phone only they send new rooter that I paid for saying rooter is broken still same issue still don't send someone to fix it avoid these people at all costs you are better off with cell phone tether than this isp they are beyond useless
