Accelerit - extremely bad customer service!!!

I have asked Accelerit to stop charging my account until I am ready to pay them!!! They charge my card at least times a day and it attracts a bank charge every time! They refuse to reimburse me for the bank charges and I am unable to remove my card details from their system!!!!!
