Accelerit Dissapoint again

We are very disappointed with the service we have been without internet for more than 2 days and still no reaction or reason why the internet is out. We have contacted them numerous times without responses. We are going to cancel our account with them as it is very disappointing. I need to work from home and need internet but no they dont even care enough to get back to their customers
