Accelerit cuts you off without warning

This month my internet went off. I checked my eft payments and saw that no money was paid to Accelerit. Somehow they did not load the debit order. I never re eived a phone call or any notification. They simply cut me off. Thus is not the first time I've had problems with them. I've also tried to get hold of them by email, but no success. These people have to be treated like children it seems. You as the client have to dou le check every month that they took their money. They will not notify you. I truelly suggest that anyone who wants Fibre, use MWEB or literally, any other service provider
