Accelerit customer service is useless!!

Ive been with accelerit basicly a year, no real problems, but the last few months its getring worse, absolutely no customer service at all, terrible terrible service 2 days now with no internet conecction! Worst of all you cant ok phone to get answers they let you play around back and forth on emails.
