Accelerit - **** SERVICE, SWITCHES OFF WIFI TO CUT DOWN USAGE

My Wifi has been down since last night at 7 pm - Accelerit has been engaging with me and their lack of customer service is appalling. I have been interacting with Isaac Dlamini on email, he has instead been asking me stupid questions over and over delaying this whole process on dealing with my issue. I decided today to call them I spoke to a lady, Thulisile, and needless to say she was just as useless as the email interaction. This is so frustrating as this is not the first or even second time this has happened, and all they keep telling me its a Metrofibre problem. Who the hell do I pay on a month to month basis?
