ACCELERIT AS ISP A DEFINITE NO NO

what can i say pathetic service. i have been trying since 5 January 2023 to have internet access through this supposed new ISP of ours. Buhntle and some other ppl working there actually laugh at you on the phone when you call and complaint. each time you ask for a director or ceo's number you are told that they dont work from office and someone will call me back. I have not been able to pay my rent, feed my child or pay her school fees in January as i had no internet to generate an income. They rate themselves one of the best but the service i have received, is beyond shocking. They keep om pointing fingers at vumatel, vumatel keeps pointing fingers at them? But guess what, since 5.1.2023 NO STRAIGHT ANSWER from either of them as to what the actual problem is. You either want me as a client or you dont regard my money as good enough. just tell me, dont string me along as i am not your puppet and you are not the puppeteer. If i must find another ISP please let me know. Your service SUCK BIG TIME,
