Accelerit after sales service = careless no existing

Never had any issues with them. But they got greedy and put my monthly prescription fees up by almost R200. So the normal thing to do is to cancel and find the next internet provider that is more reasonable . So I canceled and gave 1 month notice but Accelerit doesnt want to release the line for my new ISP.

I phoned , opened ticket .emailed etc. but no one replies .

THEY HAVE REALLY BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE . ONCE YOU HOOKED THEY DONT CARE.
