Accelerit - Absolute useless internet service provider

Anyone thinking of using Accelerit for internet then DO NOT go there. They are positively the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. You wait for more than an hour on the phone with their call centre if you have a problem and then more often than not you get cut off. When you do get through they say they can't give you a ticket number but will send you one and then never arrives and so you phone again and the cycle goes on. Absolute ******* of a service. Internet down literally every day. Vumatel is their fibre supplier so I would avoid them as well as you are not able to access them as you have to work through Accelerit. I predict this company will be out of business before you know it.
