Worst service provider in the whole of South Africa. Surpasses even Eskom & Telkom. From the get-go we had issues with wrong advice, bad service and then to cancel after 4 months of putting up with absolute sh*t service and people who have no knowledge where you can barely hear them because they’re working from home with kids screaming -we now have to take the equipment to their offices in Rivonia and then they cancel the service even though we’ve paid for the month in full. How does that work? You pay for the service, give them a months notice but you can’t use the month that you’ve paid for? Tech and sales don’t communicate at all. Bad advice. Really dumb service people including tech and a mess altogether. If anyone from this company offered you free service....run! We paid for 100/50 mbps and we’re getting 29/2 on excellent days. Most days we have zero service with 2 adults working from home. Despicable!
