Accelerit - Absolute Pathetic ISP.

Absolutely the most pathetic service I have ever received. Once you have signed up with them zero, and I mean zero support. They have a ticket system where you can log issues and they never respond. The download / upload speeds are worse than useless. It took me over 30 seconds just to get onto their own site - much worse than my wi-fi ever was as this is supposed to be state of the art fibre. I've asked them how to cancel my service and, you've guessed it, they don't respond. Do not go near them as a ISP.
