Accelerit- A new meaning to Useless Service Provider!!

Completely useless and pathetic all round service from this so called internet service provider. Firstly, they don't answer their phones ( you can be placed on hold for ages), and when you eventually get through- the consultants don't even know what they are doing or talking about. As of late, they are suspending services and they are blaming it all on achange of of their billing systems. I will not recommend Accelerit to anyone. Stay away from Accelerit- useless and a complete *******
