I had to click on 1 star as -50 stars isn't allowed. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT make use of their service as it is bull****. Logging tickets doesnt work, because they do not respond and are not competent to assist you either way, phone calls dont get answered. Technicians say they will phone you back at a certain time but never do.. Management dont help you what so ever.. I pay for 10mbs unthrottled "fibre" but when there is a tiny cloud in the sky or a bird ****ed I receive 0.1mbps.. The last few weeks ive been receiving 0.1mbps.. And over weekends when its time to relax they simply cut the fibre where there is "internet is unavailable" signs popping up. Good luck trying to phone them or receiving any help. But when it comes to collecting your money THEY ARE QUICK AF!!! And dont try to play hard ball as they will charge you an additional fee of R90 for reactivation.. When you finally reach them they put the blame on others and say its not them.. Ive logged tickets where if literally responded my own questions and tickets asking them would they like to respond if they feel like it but still nothing.
