Accelerit

Been having issues with Accrelerit, they provide service for Zoom fibre. They say something else and later you are trapped in something you didn’t not want. I was told it is a no pay no service provided, which is absolutely understandable. All of a sudden I stopped paying for 1 month, which there were months I would not pay because of me not being home for a while, and I would just pay if I want to have connectivity and it would be connected. Not I skipped 1 month I’m being told that I am on a postpaid, was I give an option of prepaid or postpaid, No!! I was not. Now my services are suspended, I asked for cancellation they tell me there is no cancellation for suspended services.

When you opt for Zoom fibre. Please choose your services provider wise you.
