If I could rate this company 0% I would. They are absolutely pathetic with their fibre as well as their service. I've been trying to cancel this pathetic service since April but no luck! They keep opening tickets but don't resolve any of your queries. I've phoned the call centre but they can't help you either, they keep telling you to send an email, which does not get any response. They deduct your money monthly but don't deliver any service. I've been trying to cancel it so I can move to a different network but moving to a different network on Zoom fibre requires you to cancel the existing network first. My friend moved from accelerit to a different service provider because she cant get hold of them to cancel. She stopped paying Accelerit and they decided to hand her over, due to non payment for a service provider that hasn't been providing any service, as they've been off for a full month and a half. This is very frustrating
