Accelerit

This company is a joke! I recently moved to Ruby Estate in Cape Town and it turns out that Vodacom own the infrastructure and I was told that Accelerit are the only available ISP.

As I had no choice I called Accelerit and signed up with them for fibre and even made full payment within an hour.

I was told that I would have internet access on the 1st of October when I moved in....that’s when all the excuses started.

They only sent someone from Vodacom on Thursday the 3rd to install the O&T Router. It was supposed to be a Nokia but they sent me the cheapest piece of ******* I’d ever seen..which was an Alcatel! They connect everything up and Accelerit told me that they just need to do the cross connection and that I would have internet access in Friday.

To no surprise when I got home on Friday there was still no internet access and when I tried calling to speak to the person that made me all these promises he was “not available”

If Vodacom is forcing me to use Accelerit as my ISP then they better make sure they can deliver the services. If not then you have no right to stop me from asking another service provider to offer me a service.

The best thing of all is that this is a month to month contract and when I told the guy from Accelerit that I want a refund and to have my contract cancelled with immediate affect he has the nerve to tell me that I won’t get a refund!!

I’ve paid for a service which I am not getting and that is called breach of contract Accelerit!!!!

To everyone reading this message PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY, they are utter ******* and you will be better off going to ANYONE else but these bunch of idiots!!!!
