a money and time waster

this company does not even deserve a star, In october the fibre had a blown sub station, even though we had no connectivity i paid for the new month..entire 1 and a half months without fibre , i cancelled..i was promised my refund for the month i paid and did not use it...3 months later i receive a summons for no payment been done..imagine receiving a summons when i am owed money to, summons for paying for fibre not been used for 2 months

the contact centre, has no clue whats going on, tranfers you back and forth...
