A decision I regret every time I have to have an encounter with them.

Last week it was my connection and then 2 days after that they took money from my account and again few days ago and they keep you holding for long that's after you try reach out via email and they keep taking you from one person to the other. So when I say Accelerit is terrible....A decision I regret every time I have to deal with them for anything because its never an easy thing or breeze with them. after having called I'm told I need to follow up within 3 working days for both my refunds, one was last week and one was few days ago but then again...this is Accelerit ,you can't expect anything from them.
