A BUNCH OF ****MERS AND DISREPSCTIFUL AND INCOMPITENT MANAGEMNET

i have never been so disgusted with a service provider in my life i have suspended services that you guys said i would have a prorated charge for and still have not you have disconnected my services your accounts department is the worst spoke to a supervisor whom said they would call me that was 2 weeks ago my daughter couldn't work on her school project cause of the poor service reconvinced come the 24 you will debit my account again and still tell me nonsense that i was paying for November instead of December I'm so frustrated right now I'm in disbelief that I'm sent from pillar to post every month i have to call and still receive no assistance to top if off today i receive a email saying my service has been cancelled who authorized this when i have been waiting for a supervisor to call me i am so hurt that people treat people this way I'm sure when this review is seen they will laugh about it since no one understands the term customer service
