Worst Company Abelanani

Do not use this company, they have done nothing but lie, ignore and in general are not interested in the customer. There is no customer service, there is plain and simply just no service. I for the life of me do not understand how they are still in business.

I have emailed the director Praveen, Lisa who is in charge of production, Lindiwe who is a sales manager as well as a couple of other people at Abelanani on numerous occassions, they do not have the decency to respond.

Since end of September 2024 up until today 28 October 2024, I have made on average 20 calls to their offices to get an answer and still have nothing. This order was supposed to take max of 10 working day, we are now sitting on a month already.
