The worst company in their field of service.

Please for the love of god, if you're ever in a situation where you have an order that is time sensitive, don't consider using Abelanani Corporate Gifts, they are a complete failure at what they do and the services they provide!

It's a pity I have to give this company 1 star, they're really not worth that at all. I placed an order for 20 t-shirts a month in advance to ensure there is time to make sure the order is completed before the due date of my client, a whole month ahead! They promise to have orders done within 10 working days, I placed the order with 20 working days in the bank, thinking they will have it done before I need them....

I placed the order and they promised they'll meet our deadline, it's now the day before my customer's event and no t-shirts are complete, we call them in the morning, they say it will be done at 10am, we call at 10am then it's changed to be complete at 2pm, I call at 2pm and now I'm told it will be done at 5pm which is past the deadline for me to be able to collect the shirts and deliver to my client in time for their event that is starting first thing in the morning tomorrow!

It's an absolute embarrassment of a company and the fact they're still in business is astounding. Please don't ever consider this company to represent your company! They will embarrass you and make you look like an absolute idiot to your customers and potentially loose you customers! They are completely unreliable and their staff do not give a **** about your deadlines!

I will never be using Abelanani again, and I will go out of my way to ensure other companies don't ever use them and risk their reputation due to Abelanani's pathetic service and their lack of giving a ****!
