Terrible Customer Service and turn around times

Terrible Customer Service - once you place your order and pay in full you dont get feedback - that is after confirming the deadline numerous times verbally and in writing. A manager is never available when you would like to escelate the matter - my order is due for collection 28 Feb, yet I am being told it will only be ready on the 8th of March??? Shocking customer service very disappointed always an issue with this supplier. Go take a lesson from your competitor Brandability - they are so much better to deal with and they give status updates and are always promt with deadlines!
