Shocking customer service - no communication or feedback

We have been a reseller for over 10 years with Abelalani, but the last few year's service has been shocking and so disappointing - resulting in us losing big customers.

None of my paid orders were ready as per their confirmed lead times. Problems with production or delivery were not communicated to us and only discovered when we wanted to arrange our courier for collection and were informed that they hadn't even started the order! Their nice-looking products mean nothing if they can't deliver the goods and I have lost total faith in them.

I am also still waiting for a refund on an order from April that they couldn't fulfil (as mentioned above a day before collection they didn't even start and had loads of excuses). the worst is, it's not the 1st time that Abelalani let me down with an order for that customer. I had no choice and hastily ordered from another supplier who managed to help me in my crisis to keep my customers happy as they had an event and were waiting for the goods!
