Required to drive from Vanderbijlpark to Jhburg 3 times because of poor service

Received e-mails that orders are ready. With pick-up on day 1 waited 2 hours on day 2 more than 1 hour. Walked out after that with orders. Lindani agreed my one order was misunderstood so I asked them to send it to us after which I will settle the remaining ± R800. No response. E-mails sent to Management, Praveen & Rendani. Request somebody to take responsibilty for poor service. Received no response at all
