Refusing to Compensate funds for a bad product del
Abelanani Corporate Gifts are refusing to refund the full amount for an order paid for by Promo Concepts which they twice branded incorrectly.

We have not refused to compensate Ms Orr for the product. We have asked her to return the product to us for a full refund. We collected the goods from client at our cost. She has returned 14 units of the 200 unit order and she has been refunded for the 14 units. We have repeatedly informed Ms Orr that once the 176 units are returned we will refund her for the 176. No refund can be done for goods not returned.
