Refund

I’m one of abelananis clients. I was over charged for a set up for and order I made and when I advised my acc manager that she had over charged me she said to me it was correct and insisted that's what they charge. Finally when it was picked up by accounts they were supposed to credit me back which they advised they would do 2 weeks ago! Till this very day I have not received any refund instead every time I call I get a different story. Clearly this is what you do you over charge clients and hope they don’t pick it up and if they do you take forever to refund them in hope that they forget or just give up! I have never come across such an unprofessional company! I want my money
