Empty Promises: No improvements on previous complaints

Good day,

I have complained about the services we received from sales staff and management continually promise better service but it not so... for the first time in my 3 Years working at Hakuna Matata i am officially ticked off with this supplier... so far this year we had 3 different sales/account managers and non of them even bother to respond promptly on time!!

I had to order products various times this year from another supplier purely because of late or no communication...
